As part of our Beautiful Reason Initiatives in Longsheng, we're working with the  local schools to establish volunteer opportunities for teachers interested in serving Longsheng's elementary schools. Our goal is simple yet profound: to broaden the horizons and enhance access to quality education for the Red Yao children. We firmly believe that education is a powerful tool, one that can transform lives, inspire dreams, and break down barriers.

For these young minds, the introduction of dedicated volunteers brings a world of new opportunities, something that's often lacking in Longsheng communities. Volunteers don't just bring knowledge; they also bring fresh perspectives, igniting curiosity and broadening the horizons of the students. They offer the chance to learn new subjects and skills not readily available in Longsheng, opening doors to creativity, music, arts, and much more.

We're especially seeking individuals passionate about serving the school for a more extended period, ideally committing to 3-6 months. This longer engagement allows volunteers to form deeper connections with the children and the community, fostering a sense of continuity and trust.

Subjects like English, arts, music, and more are areas where we hope to attract volunteers. These subjects not only provide valuable knowledge but also introduce students to new forms of expression, creativity, and self-discovery.
