Return & Exchange Policy: We want to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your Viori products. If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your order, we will allow it as long as the bar is at least 75% intact, accessories are undamaged, and it's within 30 days. How to Use Viori's Pawson Pet Shampoo Bars

Using warm water, wet your pet’s fur. Activate your Pawson bar by rubbing it on your wet palm for a few seconds, then gently rub your pet’s coat in small circular motions with the bar. Wet fur again, and thoroughly massage soap into your pet’s coat. After a couple minutes, you can wash off soap with water, dry off, and go play!
