Safety and Allergy Guidelines
Viori Beauty products are not intended to be ingested or consumed. They are for external use only. All Viori Beauty products may contain natural oils and butters from various nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables. If you have severe allergies to any of our product ingredients, we strongly suggest you do not purchase from us. Viori Beauty has dedicated areas for product creation that are frequently and meticulously cleaned. However, we cannot guarantee against possible cross contamination of each individual ingredient. Please conduct a patch test on a small area of your skin upon receipt to test if you have any allergies before using any of our products. If irritation occurs please discontinue use and consult a physician. Please contact us for inquiries related to specific ingredients and we will be glad to answer any questions.
Our products may contain essential oils & herbs that may cause hypertension in pregnant women. Please do your research or consult with your physician before using any products containing herbs or essential oils.

Plastic-Free Packaging Disclosure
When Viori uses the term “plastic free,” it refers to specific efforts to design certain primary product packaging to avoid the intentional use of conventional plastic materials, as reasonably understood by consumers. This claim applies only to the primary packaging that directly contains the product and does not extend to all components, processes, or circumstances beyond our direct control.
Certain minor or functional elements—including but not limited to inks, coatings, adhesives, labels, closures, seals, safety features, or moisture-control components—may contain trace amounts of plastic or plastic-derived materials due to manufacturing, safety, or regulatory requirements.
In addition, third-party logistics, shipping, fulfillment, customs, or retail partners (including carriers and platforms such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and international customs authorities) may introduce plastic materials in secondary or transit packaging, documentation sleeves, protective films, or handling materials that are outside of Viori’s control.
Not all Viori products or packaging formats are plastic free. Some products—such as dietary supplements—may be packaged in plastic containers or include plastic components (including safety seals or desiccants) when required for product stability, safety, or regulatory compliance.
References to “plastic free” in Viori packaging, advertising, digital content, or other materials reflect a product-specific or packaging-specific effort at the time of production and do not constitute a claim that all past, present, or future Viori products or packaging configurations are entirely free of plastic, nor a claim of overall environmental superiority.
Viori continuously evaluates materials, suppliers, and packaging innovations to reduce plastic use where feasible, while balancing product integrity, safety, regulatory requirements, and availability. Packaging materials and configurations may vary by product, batch, or region.
Longsheng Rice Protein™ Ingredient Disclosure
When Viori uses the term “Longsheng Rice Protein™,” it refers to a proprietary, product-specific ingredient concept derived from one or more rice-based components sourced from the Longsheng region, and does not necessarily indicate a single, uniform ingredient or processing method across all products.
Longsheng Rice Flour and Longsheng Rice Water naturally contain rice protein as part of their inherent composition. Depending on the product formulation, Longsheng Rice Protein™ may consist of one or more of the following, used individually or in combination:
• Longsheng Rice Flour
• Longsheng Rice Water
• A combination of Longsheng Rice Water and Longsheng Rice Flour
• Longsheng Rice Flour combined with generic hydrolyzed rice protein sourced outside of Longsheng
• Longsheng Rice Water combined with generic hydrolyzed rice protein sourced outside of Longsheng
In all cases, the use of the term “Longsheng Rice Protein™” requires the inclusion of Longsheng Rice Flour and/or Longsheng Rice Water, both of which naturally contain rice protein. Products that do not include Longsheng Rice Flour or Longsheng Rice Water are not described or marketed as containing Longsheng Rice Protein™.
Ingredient composition, processing methods, and sourcing may vary by product, batch, or formulation based on performance needs, safety considerations, availability, and regulatory requirements. References to Longsheng Rice Protein™ are intended to describe a branded formulation approach and sourcing connection, and should not be interpreted to imply that all rice-derived components within a product originate exclusively from Longsheng or are processed using identical methods.
Fair Trade Disclosure
When Viori uses the term “Fair Trade,” it refers to our own fair-trade sourcing practices and direct-trade relationships, and not to certification by Fairtrade International, Fair Trade USA, or any other third-party certifying organization, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Viori’s fair-trade approach is based on direct partnerships with producer communities, including the Red Yao communities of Longsheng, and emphasizes transparent pricing, premium compensation above local market rates, long-term collaboration, and community-directed initiatives.
References to “Fair Trade” on Viori’s website, packaging, marketing materials, or other content are intended to describe our sourcing model and ethical trade practices, and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of certification, uniform global standards, or identical practices across all products, suppliers, or regions.
Fair-trade practices may vary by product, ingredient, supplier, or community partner, and are evaluated on an ongoing basis in alignment with Viori’s social responsibility commitments.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, sustainability, ethical sourcing, ingredient, performance, and environmental claims used by Viori are intended to be interpreted in context, based on reasonable consumer understanding, and as described within Viori’s Disclaimers and Claims Substantiation materials.
Terms such as “Fair Trade,” “Plastic-Free,” “Clean,” “Sustainable,” “Natural,” “Professional-Grade,” and similar descriptors are used to describe specific practices, materials, or product attributes, and do not imply absolute conditions, third-party certification, or uniform application across all products, ingredients, regions, or time periods.
Claims may vary by product, formulation, ingredient source, packaging format, market, or availability, and should not be interpreted to apply universally unless explicitly stated.

References to communities, standards, practices, organizations, or principles are provided for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or formal affiliation unless expressly stated.
