This sulfate-free shampoo bar pairs rosemary extract and biotin with Longsheng rice water — the same fermented rice water the Red Yao women of southern China are known for using as their primary hair care treatment. How To Use
1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water.
2. Rub the bar between your palms or directly onto your scalp to build a lather.

I love the biotin shampoo bar!!! I tried SO many different shampoos for dandruff and oily hair. This is the only one that has worked. I tried custom made shampoos, I tried head shoulders, I tried rotating with various products. Only this bar has worked!! It takes a bit to get used to using a bar, but I honestly love it and prefer it over regular shampoo now. Seriously amazing, and my hair looks great. I can't wait to try other bars ive bought. I do have a tip, the bamboo holder is great, but only fits 1 bar so if you want one for conditioner, get another one. For me I love it because my scalp feels better longer and my oil doesn't come as fast to my hair. In a 2015 randomised trial, rosemary oil was compared directly with 2% minoxidil in androgenetic alopecia over six months.
