Packaging:

• Fully customized within Viori’s design guidelines

Product Details:

• Custom name, scent, and bar shape (within Viori’s production capabilities)

Launch:

• Released as a Limited-Time Offer (LTO) campaign on Viori.com until sold out
• Initial production: 5,000 bars (2,500 shampoo bars + 2,500 conditioner bars)

Earnings:

• Professional earns 5% of all net sales from online and retail channels for this LTO

Purchase & Resale:

• Professional may purchase their line anytime using their Pro50 code for resale
• Product available for all professionals to purchase with their Pro50 code
• Product available on Viori.com, and customers can purchase with the professional’s

• • Option to purchase additional quantities at a negotiated private label/OEM cost for resale (requires separate agreement)

Rules:

• Sales are tracked via Viori’s official sales reporting system
• Only sales through authorized channels (Viori website, approved retail partners) are eligible
• Returns, refunds, or cancellations in 2025 will be deducted from the total sales amount
• In case of a tie, the winner will be determined by the total number of unique customer transactions
• Winner will be announced by January 15, 2026, and contacted to begin the design process
• Viori retains final approval over all design and production decisions to ensure brand consistency
