I've been using this product for ~4 years and I will for life. I have never used a product that has supported my hair like this. The slip of this conditioner is unmatched. I am able to comb by hair inteh shower with a wide tooth comb that helps support my curl form. My hair has never been healthier in my whole life. My 2B/C curls are so moisturized and healthy. Because of Viori and ever since I've been regularly using it, they form on their own now, even without a hair routine after washing. It smells amazing, very natural, no fake/chemical perfume smells. I'm really loving the Citrus Yao shampoo and the Terrace Gardens conditioner together. I have oily roots but I have very long hair and my ends need moisture! This melts into my hair and it's not too heavy as I have fine wavy hair and it tends to get weighted down easily. I can't believe my hair is so shiny and moisturized with a natural shampoo/conditioner. This is the first natural one I've found that actually detangles and works like it's supposed to! Amazing for dry hair! My hair is thin, feathery, and sensitive to harsh products. I have finally found the perfect shampoo and conditioner for my hair. My scalp was oily and itchy, and my ends were dry and split. Unlike a lot of other more natural products I’ve tried, Viori leaves my hair feeling clean, hydrated, shiny silky, and the smell is amazing. Even though I saw thousands of great reviews I was still skeptical. There are no words to describe how much I NEED this stuff in my life. If I could buy a lifetime supply I would. My hair has ringlets again. I haven't seen ringlets in about 25 years when I started coloring my hair at the age of 12. I've found products I've liked in the past but none that I found indespensable to my hair care. Ever. I've gotten my mom and step mom hooked now also. My bars last for a couple months and you can't beat the price for the life changing results you will see on your tresses. I've had a growing bald spot on my crown for years now and within months my hair had so much body that for once I didn't have to tease it constantly with my fingers to stay covered. I started getting dandruff in autumn while I was using the citrus scented products. I wrote in to cancel my subscription but then Shelby saved the day! How long does one bar last?
About 80 washes — roughly the equivalent of three bottles of liquid shampoo. Stored on a slatted holder, dry between uses, you'll usually get 2–3 months out of a bar.
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes. The formula is sulfate-free and pH 5.0–5.5, both of which protect color longevity. Independent reporters with color-treated hair haven't seen accelerated fade.
What if my hair feels weird the first few washes?
That's the transition phase — sulfate residue and silicone buildup releasing. It usually takes 2–4 washes. If after a week it still doesn't feel right, send it back, no questions.
How do I travel with it?
