Return & Exchange Policy: We want to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your Viori products. If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your order, we will allow it as long as the bar is at least 75% intact, accessories are undamaged, and it's within 30 days. To initiate a return please email support@viori.com or use the chat feature of our website.
*Red Yao Embroidered products are not returnable.
Subscription Policy: Not all products are eligible for subscriptions. You are able to modify, pause, and/or cancel your subscription at any time as long as the product you are trying to modify, pause, and/or cancel has not already shipped.
