Excellent you can see the difference in just one month
The description says you have to use this for 60 days to see results - so I wish they'd sell it in that amount instead of 30 days - but, I started to notice my hair seemed to be growing a little faster sooner than 60 days, which encouraged me to buy a 2nd month. I'm now on my 3rd month of the growth as well as the beauty supplement, and my hair does seem to have grown slightly faster than normal (enough to be a perceivable amount.) Overall, my hair seems healthy and thick all the way to my ends (which is impressive, since I have hip-length hair) so I think it must also be helping with hair retention as well as growth.

I have been taking the vitamins for almost 2 weeks and I really in love with them. I haven't seen a big change because is too soon but my digest system is taking them very well. None side effects. I will continue to take them because my body feels good with the vitamins.
