I have long thick hair that I haven't taken care of I work in a kitchen so my hair is always tied up or in a braid, lots of breakage and overall damage. How long does one bar last?

About 80 washes — roughly the equivalent of three bottles of liquid shampoo. Stored on a slatted holder, dry between uses, you'll usually get 2–3 months out of a bar.

Is it safe for color-treated hair?

Yes. The formula is sulfate-free and pH 5.0–5.5, both of which protect color longevity. Independent reporters with color-treated hair haven't seen accelerated fade.

What if my hair feels weird the first few washes?
